Yoga/Breath work




I know life can get overwhelming sometimes. Anxiety explodes and sometimes we fight to just breathe. So let's just do that. Let's sit up to take a few breaths together.


Put one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly. Close your eyes and inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Let's do this four more times. Inhale through your nose exhale through your nose or mouth whatever feels comfortable for you.

Once you are done recognize how you feel. As for me, I feel calmer and there is a softness around me.


You also can bring a mantra with this or light a candle, incense, or whatever you feel is best for you at the moment. Just don't forget to breathe.


Be present with yourself and be in this moment of stillness.
